Markets, Materials and Speeds
Since the first DAIRY PACK was build in 2002, the portfolio and the capabilities have greatly evolved.
The DAIRY PACK portfolio can now fill spreadable cheese, yogurt, butter, creams, desserts, jams, spreadable sweets, sauces, dressings in cups, tubs and buckets; but also fill more liquid products such as drinkable yogurt, juices and smoothies in bottles of various formats.
Because of the nature of the Fill-Seal machines, DAIRY PACK can package your products in glass, plastic, carton and many other materials. The machines that fill and seal buckets can run up to 4,100 buckets per hour, cup fill and seal machines can run up to 43,200 cups per hour and bottles fill-seal (and capping) machines up until 54,000 bottles per hour.

Why a DAIRY PACK machine?
Our DAIRY PACK machines have been recognized for being “simple and “easy-to-use". In fact our machines are conceived with ergonomic in mind, to decrease the number of operators needed to run the entire machine with a top-of-line HMI as well as to facilitate operations along the line; all to optimize maintenance costs, without compromising reliability.
Our equipment can also be studied to integrate your preferred end of line supplier machines, or you can always rely on our selected list of end-of-line partners for a smooth integration.
