Our PNEUMATIC SCALE and HEMA fillers ensure high-efficiency operation and precise filling for liquid and viscous products, with or without particulates.

Monoblock Configuration, how does it work?
Our filling machines for liquid and viscous products can handle a variety of packaging applications and, based on the application's specific requirements, we can provide a Monoblock configuration where the filler is paired with a suitable closing solution consisting of either a Capping module or a Seaming module.
The PNEUMATIC SCALE Capper can be seamlessly integrated with a PNEUMATIC SCALE Filler for containers that are closed with screw-on caps, press-on caps, pump caps and much more.
The ANGELUS V-Series Seamer can be seamlessly integrated with a PNEUMATIC SCALE Filler for most applications where the product is filled into a can.
Triblock Configurations, how does it work?
Our filling machines for liquid and viscous products can handle a variety of packaging applications and, based on the application's specific requirements, we can provide a Triblock configuration, where the filler can be integrated with a rinser and capper or a plugger and capper.
As per the monoblock configurations, these modules are integrated seamlessly with the filler, to make sure that your packaging and production needs are met.
