Electronic Rotary Filler for HEMA and Filling Solutions

Hema NUTRI is dedicated to the particulate and non-particulate sauce and dressings market. It benefits from Hema’s proven expertise built up over several years, in the area of filling complex products for large international groups.

This Hema packaging solution is a rotary filling machine for sauces and dressings, available in Monobloc configuration with capper or thermosealer. NUTRI filler can also be synchronized to a neck trimmer or a rinser. Combi configuration associates blowing, filling and capping for PET bottles. 


Working with Your Recipes

The filling method is carefully chosen to match the specific characteristics of your product: its type (e.g. liquid, thick, particulate), what needs to be protected (flavor, vitamins, color, etc.), its shelf-life (short or long), its sensitivity to external elements (temperature, oxygen). A complex equation between relative acidity (pH), the presence of nutrients, presence of O2, level of sugar content, preserving agents, artificial colorings, stabilizers, and which has an impact on the conservation and bacteriological quality of your product.

Our sauce and dressings filling machines meet the highest standards of hygiene.  They have been awarded 3A level certification and Hema is a member of EHEDG.

Production Flexibility

  • The HEMA NUTRI is designed for all types of sauce and dressings - with or without particulates 
  • Our NUTRI filler is a flexible machine, known for its reliability for your products  
  • Recipes can be changed directly from the touchscreen control panel  
  • Accommodates containers in glass, PET, HDPE... and round, oval or with handle shapes  
  • Caps application: flat screw, push-pull, twist off…  
  • Up to 40,000 bottles per hour, from 80 ml to 5000 ml

High Accuracy Dosing

  • High filling precision: standard deviation < 0.8 grams for one liter  
  • Optional net weight or mass flow dosing technologies are available  
  • Accurate filling technology will deliver a rapid return on investment

Modular Filler Configuration

  • HEMA NUTRI is available as stand-alone configuration or in Synchrobloc with upstream equipment (rinser,…)  
  • Our filler can also be combined with blow molders for PET
