Closetech seamers provide a hermetic seal by creating an airtight closure of five interlocked layers, three from the can end and two from the can body. This airtight closure keeps product fresh and avoids the risk of food poisoning.
Excellent safety is not the only benefit of the 2003, 2004 and 2006 RCM. They has been designed for an efficient, economical can-making operation. Our engineers created the RCM series for maximum value by designing many of the parts to be interchangeable, even though the seamer is being built to your unique specifications. The result is:
Lower cost to build the machine because of the large manufacturing lots of common parts
Shorter lead and assembly time, since we are able to assemble the machine required to fill your exact requirements from a stock of common parts

The 2003, 2004 and 2006 RCMs have been designed with the versatility necessary to accommodate the full range of products and can sizes packed in your plant. Height changeovers are accomplished in minutes thanks to a dynamic concept which provides for the support and driving of all height change-related components directly from the top housing.
